Social Season 2025 - English Run (May 1st-4th 2025)

Of course, we know that there are many Regency fans who own great costumes themselves. If you don't need a costume provided by us you can indicate that when you register and you will receive a discount on the participation price.

Gender
When registering, it must be specified whether a ticket is purchased for a male or a female role. There are only a limited number of male and female characters available, in order to ensure the gender balance in the roles that is necessary for our concept. Of course, the gender of the roles does not have to match the real gender of the participants.

Sponsoring
To enable people with less financial resources to participate in Social Season, there is a contingent of tickets for each run at a significantly reduced price. We have reserved two tickets at the price of 275,-. In addition, participants who buy a standard ticket have the opportunity to voluntarily pay 65,- Euro more and support us in providing more discounted tickets. For every two tickets sold with this option selected, we will provide another discounted ticket for 275,- Euro.

Paying in instalments
If you choose the option "down payment", the remaining ticket price has to be paid in two equal instalments of 150,- Euro each. The first instalment is due two months after the initial purchase and the second after four months. You will receive a separate payment form for this purpose.

Early arrival
If you're traveling a long way, it's nice not to be totally rushed and join the game at the last minute (or later). Besides, romantic games are often easier if you already know your fellow players a little bit. Therefore, we offer you the possibility to arrive on the evening of the 8th of May for a small extra charge. There will be no program organized by us on this evening and the following morning and only a simple catering.

Accessibility
The main entrance to the venue can only be accessed via stairs, there is a wheelchair-ramp at the garden side of the building giving access to the first floor of the building (where most of the play will take place).
There are stairs and steps in various places inside the venue - those have no lifts or ramps.
There is a low-barrier bathroom on the first floor.
The outside areas of the location are largely unlit.
In the course of the game, situations may arise where we turn down the lighting in certain areas within the location for atmospheric reasons.
There are uneven areas both inside (old floorboards, worn stairs, slippery tiles) and outside (meadow, tree roots) the location.
There may be both visual and audio game information during the course of the game.

Refund policy
Generally, the participation fee cannot be refunded. However, if at any time you realise that you cannot attend the event, you can try to find a replacement participant. In this case you will receive a full refund. We will be happy to assist you in your search.
